Financial Terms
Deposits and Withdrawals
Only approved methods may be used to deposit and withdraw funds at tk98: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500 (per method).
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
- Typical withdrawal processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Full identity verification of the account is required before a withdrawal request can be processed.
- The account used for deposits and the account used for withdrawals must be the same.
Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Any applicable charges per transaction (if any) are set by the respective mobile banking service, not by tk98. tk98 may hold any transaction if fraud is suspected.
Welcome Bonus & Wagering Requirements
The following conditions apply to receiving a welcome bonus on the first deposit at tk98:
- 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳10,000.
- Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: deposit ৳22,000 and receive ৳10,000 bonus → total balance ৳32,000.
- Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered ×10 times.
- Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
If any misuse or attempted fraud related to bonuses is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended. Each member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
Gaming Rules
Fair Play Policy
tk98 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment for all members. Games on the platform are operated using SSL encryption and fair play technology.
- The following actions are strictly prohibited: using software or bots to automate gameplay.
- Any attempt to manipulate game results.
- Playing using another member's account.
- Collusion or group fraud.
- Exploiting vulnerabilities or technical errors in the game system.
In the event of a violation of the above rules, the account may be immediately cancelled and winnings forfeited.
VIP Program & Cashback
The tk98 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.2%
- Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.5%
- Gold — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
- Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.0%
Members can advance to higher tiers through regular and active participation. Cashback is calculated each week and credited directly to the account. tk98 reserves the right to modify the VIP program terms at any time.
Sports Betting Rules
tk98 has specific rules for sports betting that all members must follow:
- Every bet must be placed voluntarily and independently.
- If an event is cancelled or postponed, tk98 will act in accordance with the applicable rules.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the relevant bet may be cancelled.
- Unusual betting patterns from multiple accounts on the same event will be investigated.

Account Management
Account Suspension, Cancellation & Closure
tk98 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account in the following circumstances:
- Violation of any clause of these Terms.
- Providing false or misleading information on the account.
- Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Misuse of bonuses.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities of the platform.
Members may also request account closure at any time. The available balance will be given the opportunity to be withdrawn before the account is closed (provided there are no restrictions).
Privacy & Data Protection
tk98 places the highest importance on protecting members' personal information. All data is kept secure through SSL encryption.
- Members' personal information is not sold to third parties.
- Information is not shared beyond what is required for verification and legal purposes.
